Singer Annisette holds a position as probably the most influential singer in Danish popular music, through her membership of the Danish cult-group Savage Rose and an impressive solo career. Denne aften får publikum mulighed for at nyde dansk jazz ubetinget største trommeslager sammen med en kvintet bestående af Annisette, Palle Mikkelborg, Carsten Dahl og Bo Stief.

Udover at have æren at præsentere Alex Riel, Carsten Dahl og Bo Stief, får vi også besøg af dansk musiks allerstørste ikoner; trompetisten Palle Mikkelborg og sangerinden Annisette. Mikkelborg er Riels jævnaldrende, og de har deltaget på mange musikalske rejser sammen. Hans majestætiske og fuldtonede spil har ikke sin lige nogen steder, og musikken vokser og vokser, når Mikkelborg træder ind og tilbyder sig. Sangerinden Annisette har også en historie, der går tilbage til slut 60’erne med gruppen Savage Rose. De seneste år har også hun haft et tæt samarbejde i forskellige formater med Alex Riel, og her høres de fem musikere ved en unik koncert, hvor vi kan være sikker på en ting: Det bliver en uforglemmelig aften!
